Elite Fire Taekwondo is a family owned Martial Arts Club in Raleigh, North Carolina that started in 2014 with the idea of helping families spend quality time together and to teach character education to students. Master Houman and Mrs. Neshat started their passion for teaching, competing and living a healthy lifestyle in Raleigh, NC with a small number of students and grew to a very successful Taekwondo club offering a variety of programs. We are a family that trains together, learns together, works together, has fun together and succeeds together. Our teaching style comes from many years of high quality training and a lifetime of studying Martial Arts. EFT is committed to teaching the most up-to-date Taekwondo techniques while working on building strong individuals who will use their skills throughout their lives mentally, physically and spiritually.

Taekwondo is one of the most systematic and scientific Korean traditional martial arts. Its history reaches back over 2,000 years and teaches more than just fighting skills. It is an artistic discipline that shows ways of enhancing our spirit and life through training our body and mind. It is the art of self-defense. There are five tenants of Taekwondo: Courtesy, Integrity, Perseverance, Self-control and Indomitable Spirit which students are encouraged to live by. Taekwondo is more than an Olympic sport, it is a way of life!
Elite Fire Taekwondo is the culmination of a husband and wife team who live, learn and teach according to the disciplines of the art of Taekwondo. To be a part of this school means you are part of a journey that will put you on the right path for growing mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually. We learn together, we teach together and we succeed together.
